Ingredients
500 g pasta of your choice
1/2 cup cream
1/3 cup milk
1 x jar Saclà cherry tomato Arrabbiata sauce
1/2 red onion large or 1 whole small
3 cloves garlic
1tbs olive oil
1 cup grated pecorino or parmesan
Chopped basil
Salt & Pepper
Method
1 Cook pasta and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
2 Chop onion and garlic finely.
3 Heat oil cook onion and garlic until soft.
4 Add Saclà pasta sauce and cook for a few minutes.
5 Add milk and cream simmer for a further 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
6 Add salt & pepper and cheese.
7 The cooked pasta and pasta water go next.
8 Combine together and add extra cheese if required.
9 Return back in the oven until parmesan has melted and potatoes are all crispy. Sprinkle basil and enjoy!
