Ingredients
2 x Saclà Napoletana - whole cherry tomatoes and basil
1 kg Pork Mince
2 Large Red Onions
1 tub of Bocconcini
500g Curly Fettuccine Pasta
Sprinkle of salt & pepper
1 Small Chilly Pepper
Method
1 Slice 2 red onions in large discs.
2 Dice Bocconcini into pieces
3 Salt & Pepper pork mince and then roll into meatballs.
4 Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil into the fry pan.
5 Add the meatballs and cook until they have browned.
6 Add 2 jars of Saclà Napoletana.
7 Cook the meatballs for 8 – 10 minutes, turning and stirring occasionally. Adjust Sauce salt and pepper to taste.
8 Add onion and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
9 While the meatballs are cooking, cook your pasta of choice.
10 Once pasta is cooked add it to the pan with the meatballs and sauce.
11 Add bocconcini to the pan and let it melt in the sauce and pasta.
12 Once bocconcini is melted, your dish is ready to be served.
