Fusilli with pesto alla Genovese, potatoes and green beans

190 g Saclà Classic Basil Pesto
320 g fusilli
200 g potatoes
100 g fresh (or frozen) green beans
25 g coarse salt
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Fresh basil to taste
Method
1 In a big pot bring to boil about 3 litres of water.
2 Wash, clean and cut into pieces the green beans and the potatoes.
3 Cook the pasta as per pack instructions (usually approx. 10 minutes). Put the salt, the pasta and the potatoes in the pot.
4 After 5 minutes put the green beans and cook for other 5 minutes.
5 Taste the vegetables and the pasta before draining.
6 Drain, season with Saclà Classic Basil Pesto, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Enjoy!
