Warm salad of chickpeas, mozzarella cheese and sun-dried tomatoes and garlic sauce

190 g Saclà Sun-dried tomatoes and garlic
400 g drained pre-cooked chickpeas
200 g morsels of mozzarella cheese
4 tbsp greek yogurt
80 g Saclà Sun-dried Tomatoes
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Fresh basil to taste
Method
1 Rinse and drain the pre-cooked chickpeas.
2 Warm the chickpeas with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a pan.
3 In a big bowl mix 4 tbsp of Saclà Sun-dried Tomatoes and Garlic sauce with 4 tbsp of greek yogurt.
4 Cut the morsels of mozzarella into 4 parts and cut the Saclà Sun-dried Tomatoes into regular strips.
5 Add the chickpeas, the mozzarella and the sun-dried tomatoes to the sauce.
6 Serve with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and some leaves of fresh basil. Enjoy!
